The winner of the OSCA Emerging Leader Grant will receive up to $1,000.00 to support his/her registration, lodging, and travel to attend the ASCA National Conference in Boston, MA from June 29-July 2, 2019, as well as the ASCA Leadership Development Institute for the two days before the conference begins.

To further develop leadership skills, the Emerging Leader winner will commit to serve on the OSCA Board during the year that he/she is the Emerging Leader.

OSCA offers this grant to develop excellent school counseling programs and future school counselor leaders among our ranks.
